ABOUT ME
Hello! I'm Alejo, a psychologist with + 7 years of experience working in the HR field, including recruiting and personnel selection, conducting behavioral interviews, hiring, wellness, welfare, and career planning. Several years ago I started to work with coaching as a tool for achieving team and personal goals.
Currently, I'm a speaker and co-organizer of D'mente, an HR-Tech community in Medellin that aims for developing soft skills that work in the IT sector.
In my career, I've had the chance of working as a Human Resources leader, People Care Champion, Product Owner, and Scrum Master as well. I've worked as a consultant for companies that are looking for improvement of internal processes.
